My name is Nora Gehin and I live in Belleville, WI with my business and life partner, Seth Olson. We own and operate Nora’s Ark Vegetables and are passionate about sustainability, self-sufficiency, and all things nature!
We live in the small village of Belleville, WI on about an acre and we are slowly turning our yard into a plant paradise. We grow vegetables, fruits, microgreens, herbs, and mushrooms. We also enjoy experimenting with different types of fermentation projects.
We first started growing food because we wanted to know where our food came from. In the past few years, we’ve learned that growing food is our passion. Through this, we’ve discovered taking care of the soil and the earth is also our passion. And the best part is that our business is an intersection of all of this.
